Terms and Conditions of Service

Keep your reservation number for clarifications, cancellations, changes, or refund follow-ups.

If you require a change in the reservation, please contact Customer Service, mentioning your reservation number. After the changes, ensure the new reservation voucher contains the correct data.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all the information on the voucher. Please read carefully that the information is correct and follow the instructions attached to the voucher.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds are evaluated by the Customer Service team. Please specify the reason for your cancellation/modification when contacting us, and this will be subject to the provisions of the type of rate purchased.

To request last-minute changes, it is important to contact a service agent who will proceed with the change according to the availability of our operation.

Our service includes flight arrival tracking.

In case of traveling with passengers arriving on different flights, you must notify all flight numbers at the time of making your reservation.

Flexibility in our arrival services includes waiting for delayed flights up to 2 hours, waiting for lost luggage and/or immigration problems up to 1 hour.

The availability of the service is reserved to refuse at specific times: 21:00 hrs - 06:00 hrs.

Waiting time for departure services: 15 minutes before being marked as No Show.

No refund will be issued in case of being a victim of fraud. Please read your service coupon and follow the instructions on it. Do not let third parties communicate with our official phones.

Cancellation and Refund

All cancellation requests must be requested in writing to the email bookings@sacbetransfers.com with the following content.

If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, you lose any right to a refund; in that case, you will get an open credit that can be used in the following 365 days in any of our destinations.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after authorization.

In case of NO SHOW, no refund will be applied.

Modification requests

This fare includes a single free change applicable up to 24 hrs before your transfer date.

Any change in schedule, destination, number of passengers, type of unit, etc., generates an additional cost of 5 USD.

Grocery stops

This fare does not include courtesy stops of any kind. If you wish to add a shopping stop, this has an additional cost of 35 USD with a duration of 20 minutes.

Complimentary beverages

This fare does not include beverages of any kind. Check your service specifications.

Discount voucher

With this rate, you lose the opportunity to get your discount coupon book.

This rate allows you to make unlimited changes to your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your service.

Any change in schedule, destination, number of passengers, type of unit, etc., that is requested within the first 24 hours before your service will be subject to availability.

Grocery stops

This fare includes a courtesy stop for shopping at a convenience store, pharmacy, or cafeteria on the way to your lodging center, which does not generate deviations in the way of the operator from his usual route.

Complimentary beverages

This rate includes bottles of water as complimentary beverages.

Discount coupons

This rate includes discount coupons for tours and activities at your destination.
